FAQ

  • How many sessions does my student require?
    Session requirements can be determined on a case to case basis. This depends on whether your student needs help with a particular assignment, subject, or you wish for continued help.
  • How are sessions booked?
    If you wish to schedule a session, please request a session time on the book online page. At the time of booking please input prefered day of the week, start date, and start time. I will respond back with my availability calendar. In the near future this information will be available directly on my website. If for some reason this function does not work, please reach out to me directly by emailing cherishedchapterstutoring@gmail.com.
  • Can I schedule in advance?
    Yes! You can schedule sessions in advance and fill a time slot. Recurring sessions may be discussed and booked with me directly.
  • Can I pay ahead for sessions?
    Yes. You have the option to pay at the end of each session, or pay for these sessions in advance. Please note that if you must cancel a session, you must give 24 hours notice.
  • How do you take payments?
    Payments can be made via Paypal, Check, or in Cash. Cash and Check payments can only exclusively be made in person. An invoice will be provided for any payment form. Card payments will be made available at a later date. We appreciate your patience.
  • What program is used for virtual sessions?
    Should you choose virtual tutoring sessions, or any of the additonal services offered in a virtual setting, Zoom is the preferred program of choice of Cherished Chapters. All Zoom information needed for your scheduled session will be provided by your tutor.
  • Are multiple lessons discounted?
    No, at this time Cherished Chapters does not offer discounts for multiple sessions being booked.
  • How does the 24 hour cancellation work?
    If, for any reason, you have to cancel your scheduled session this session must be cancelled 24 hours to your arranged time. If you cancel after your scheduled window you must pay a flat fee of $20 for that session cancellation. If you have not paid in advance, an invoice for that charge will be sent to you. Cancelled sessions may be filled by the tutor per their discretion.
